Subscription Fees

$9.95 / $19.95 / $59.95 for 30 days.

Automatic Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the original term unless you cancel at least 3 days before the next billing cycle. You authorize genieartify.com to charge your selected payment method for ongoing membership costs and any additional purchases.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Refunds may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be provided for partially used memberships. Requests for cancellation of future recurring charges can be made at any time. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used and may take 3-5 business days to process. Refund requests outside the specified timeframe will not be granted.

To avoid further billing, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the end of the current term. You will retain access until the end of your paid term, but no partial refunds will be issued.

We aim to resolve all issues directly and promptly to prevent chargebacks, which can be time-consuming and disruptive.

Clear Billing Descriptions: Our charges will appear on your statement as genieartify.com or DIGI DYNASTY LLC. To avoid confusion, please ensure you recognize this charge and confirm that it corresponds to your subscription.

Proactive Communication: If you have questions regarding your billing, or if you believe there has been an error, please contact us immediately at support@genieartify.com or +1 (207) 223-7759. We are available 24/7 and will work quickly to resolve any concerns or discrepancies.

Detailed Transaction Records: All transactions, including subscription start dates, fees, and renewal terms, are clearly outlined on the Website and sent to your email. Keep these records for your reference.

Most issues can be quickly resolved by our support team. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed and may result in account suspension.

Prevention of Unauthorized Access: To prevent fraudulent transactions, ensure that your login credentials are secure and not shared with others. genieartify.com cannot be held responsible for unauthorized charges if your credentials are misused due to negligence.

Chargeback Policy

All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated. By using our service, you agree to resolve any disputes directly with our customer support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account termination and future purchase restrictions.

Fraudulent Chargebacks: Chargebacks filed for services already rendered or without valid cause will be contested. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in genieartify.com contacting your card issuer to protect you from future fraudulent activities and to prevent unauthorized charges.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By using this site, you waive your right to initiate a chargeback or dispute in court without first using the arbitration process. Payment Method Authorization

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and resolving any issues related to declined transactions or expired cards.

Prohibited Use of Chargebacks as Refund Mechanism

Submitting a chargeback for services that have been provided and used is considered fraudulent behavior. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team first to resolve the issue. Chargebacks without proper grounds may result in account termination and restricted access to genieartify.com services.

Grant of Limited License; Restrictions on Use

You acknowledge and agree that all content on the Website is proprietary and constitutes valuable intellectual property owned by DIGI DYNASTY LLC.
